Huntex conducts contingency and retained searches for employers across North America. Fees are based on the nature of the search, the degree of specialization of the desired candidates, the number of current or anticipated searches, and urgency of the search.
Contingency Search: All contingency searches are free until the right candidate is selected and commences employment.
Retained Search: This option can be discussed for exceptional needs. This option generally applies to senior level / executive level searches or urgent / exceptional searches.
Three month Conditional Guarantee: we offer a replacement if the applicant leaves within the first 45 days at no charge, and a 50% credit towards replacement in the following 45 days.
